Order processing allows the input of orders from the telephone and the production of delivery notes based on these orders. Pick Lists and Load Lists can also be produced.

Roundsman Customer Points

This gives you the ability of producing bills with points based on the customer’s bill value. All point’s settings are within the control of the business. These are produced for weekly retail customers only.

Roundsman Debt Control - New Development

The debt control module allows for reminder and warning letters to be printed on company letter-headed paper, using nine base layouts. These range from a very mild reminder that the payment is overdue, to very hard, with a warning of action.

Roundsman Cost Manager - New Development

Cost Manager is windows based software that imports data directly from Roundsman allowing you the ability to calculate profits. The software gives you the ability to setup round/depot expenses weekly which are then calculated against weekly sales.
