I’d like to welcome you to the first edition of Call Care
Systems’ new newsletter and ask for your help. Inside this
edition you will find a customer questionnaire, which we hope you
will take a few minutes to complete. Alternatively, you can visit

The answers you give to questions will help us
provide you and all our customers with an improved service.
We like to think we get it right most of the time,
but we welcome your comments on the way we handle your enquiries
and how we perform. We’d also like your views on this first
newsletter!
We’ve some exciting developments, including
news of a new hardware support service from Orchard Computers. The
company is based in West-super-Mare, but it delivers a UK wide service,
which we are confident you’ll be pleased with.
We’re also working on yet more innovations
for our Roundsman and Garageman software – so watch this space!
