CCS has introduced a number of changes to its contract conditions, which means that updates will no longer be supplied free of charge.

There will be a 40% discount from the current list price of the configured system, but non-contract customers will have to pay the full cost of updates after the first year. This will not apply to internal fixes, however, which will continue to be supplied FOC in the first year, and to all contracted customers.

All site visits will be charged for – subject to contract discounts. These charges will be published on our web site and are subject to change. In addition, our software support contracts will no longer cover any software not supplied by CCS.

Finally, calls at weekends and bank holidays for non-contract work will incur a double charge.

New Structure

There will be a new pricing structure for Roundsman, ending the need to pay a one-off license fee for each hand held and the PC end.

The base Roundsman system, including up to five rounds, will remain the same, but each above this will in future be charged at the current round license increase.

In future, round reconciliation will be charged on a per round bais, based on the number of rounds purchased. Order processing will be charged in the same way.

Under the new pricing structure, the Roundsman base system will cost £1750. Extra rounds, up to 10, will be charged at £105 each. Between 10 and 20 rounds, a 10% discount will apply per round, and a 20% discount over 20. Round reconciliation and order processing will both cost £105 per round.
