Call Care Systems is outsourcing its hardware requirements to Orchard
Computers, a well-established company based in West-super-Mare.
In future, all hardware supplies, installation
of networks and support services will be supplied on CCS’
behalf by Orchard. Full support contracts will be available for
all systems supplied, covering full hardware breakdown repair and
the reinstatement of software, as long as all software in available
on site and that backups have been made!
It will also be possible to include remote monitoring
of the backup procedures until this contract, as long as configuration
of the system has been updated to allow this.
Orchard Computers has over 10 years experience
in hardware production, installation and maintenance, as well as
systems networking and voice and date cabling installation.
Its technical team support networks that are based
around the operating systems of Microsoft, Novell, Citric, Linux
and SCO Unix. The company maintains a customer based throughout
the UK, ranging from small partnerships, with one or two computers,
to national companies with many hundreds of workstations and multiple
sites. Businesses range from car leasing companies to solicitors
and magazine distribution to dairy products.
