Roundsman, the computer system that serves the doorstep delivery industry,
is to get a new module. The new system,
which has been designed to report on invoices that are outstanding
by more than a selected number of days above the stated trading
terms, is undergoing extensive testing before release.
The debt control module allows for reminder and
warning letters to be printed on company letter-headed paper, using
nine base layouts. These range from a very mild reminder that the
payment is overdue, to very hard, with a warning of action.
Roundsman is now widely accepted as the system
that delivers the speed of entry required by a fast moving business.
The DOS based weekly accounting system is capable
of producing monthly bills for both retail and semi-retail customers
and can be used in the dairy industry, for sandwich deliveries and
bakery distribution.
Roundsman is already being used at over 120 sites
throughout the UK and is the result of more than a decade of research
and development by Call Care Systems.
With the Psion workabout handhelds, the system
produces total flexibility, with standard machines able to handle
rounds of up to 600 calls, but they can be easily upgraded for greater
numbers.
The new debt reporting module makes Roundsman
the most fully feature system on the market!
